Shipping & Returns

All of our orders are packed and posted within 48hrs of receiving the initial order (excluding weekends). All weekend orders will be shipped on the next business day (excluding public holidays).

Standard shipping - $9.95. Estimated delivery 2-5 business days.

Express Shipping - $18.95. Estimated delivery 1-2 business days.

Free pick-up / click & collect orders available for pickup at 10/302-304 South Pine Rd, Brendale, QLD, 4500 during our stores business hours (10am - 4:30pm Monday, Thursday & Friday).

I've received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?
Please email hello@eleven11collective.com.au with information and/or images detailing the issue and we will be in touch within 24hrs.

Return/exchange policy
We accept returns within 30 days of despatch, provided products are unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email hello@eleven11collective.com.au with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.
